  • All perishable items are shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping (1 day).
  • Non-perishable items may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground* (2-7 business days) or Priority Overnight Shipping (1 business day).
  • Combined items - If you have selected both perishable and non-perishable items in your cart, the order will be shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping.
  • Overnight orders will arrive the following day, if order is placed on a Monday-Thursday before 3pm ET**.

Ground shipping does not guarantee the date of delivery. Therefore, there are no refunds or claims possible for late arrivals. If you require your order to arrive on a specific date, we suggest you choose the Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping method and then pick the date you prefer.

** Does not include holiday shipping schedules.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Flat rate shipping prices are available for items shipping Monday - Thursday, excluding heavy (see below) items:

U.S. Contiguous States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. territories)

  • Ground Delivery Shipping
    • Flat rate of $15
    • Used for non-perishable items only
    • Delivery in 2-7 business days
  • Priority Overnight Shipping
    • Flat rate of $35
    • Required for perishable items but can be used for non-perishable items if an exact delivery date is required.
    • Delivery in 1 business day.

Alaska and Hawaii

  • Priority Overnight Shipping only
    • Flat rate of $48
    • Used for all items

International delivery (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and other countries)

  • Please contact us directly at to obtain a shipping quote and confirm availability.

Saturday delivery

  • Available with Priority Overnight Shipping only
  • Flat rate of $16 is added to the cost of Priority Overnight Shipping (ex. $35 +$16=$51)
  • Please check the Saturday delivery box in your cart.
  • Orders must be placed by 11 am EST on Friday
  • Please note that not all geographical locations are available for Saturday delivery.

Handling Fee

  • A fee of $5 is added to the cart for orders below $50.
  • Orders above $50 have no handling fees.

Heavy Products

Some products are indicated as heavy in their description. For each heavy item added to the cart, an extra per-lb charge is applied:

  • US states, other than Alaska and Hawaii
    • With Ground Shipping: an extra $1.50 per lb
    • With Priority Overnight Shipping: an extra $2.95 per lb
  • Alaska and Hawaii
    • With Priority Overnight Shipping only: an extra $4.95 per lb

Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Order Processing

Monday through Thursday

Orders placed before 2 PM EST will arrive the next day, when Priority Overnight Shipping is chosen.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next day and delivered in one (1) day, when Priority Overnight Shipping is chosen.

Unless Saturday Shipping is chosen, orders placed after 2 PM EST on Thursday will be shipped on Monday and arrive the following Tuesday.

Returns and Exchanges

All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue, return it within 24 hours for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the products only (less shipping and handling). A credit can only be provided if the product is returned for review. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as we have processed and confirmed your claim.

If you choose to return, for credit, an unopened, unused item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the product and deducted from your return.

Return & Consumer Safety Policy

  1. Opus Select business practices follow the Florida Food Safety Act, the FDA, and other pertinent federal, state, and local food safety rules and regulations.

  2. Opus Select corporate mission is to safeguard the public health and promote public welfare by protecting the consuming public from injury by product use and by protecting the purchasing public from injury by merchandising deceit. 

  3. Opus Select uses special, secure temperature and humidity controlled packaging technology to assure safe food transportation to its destination.

  4. Any accidental transportation damage must be addressed with the shipping carrier in accordance with their specific policy.

  5. To prevent our products from the risks associated with spoilage, contamination, or misbranding, we cannot resell returned food items. Hence, we have to discard returned food.

  6. For public safety reasons, all food sales are FINAL SALE. No return or exchange claims will be accepted.

  7. All delivery dates are approximate. Opus Select shall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver for any reason including, but not limited to, problems with suppliers, embargos or other governmental acts, regulations or requests, fire, flood, accidents, sabotage, strikes, slowdowns or other labor difficulties, war, riot, delays in transportation, or defaults of common carriers. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost because of delay. A buyer’s exclusive remedy for Opus Select inability to deliver for any reason shall be rescission of this agreement, which the buyer can only exercise before Opus Select has delivered the product to a carrier at any point of shipment.

  8. Agreeing to Opus Select terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between Opus Select and the buyer. No term or provision of this agreement may be amended, waived, discharged, or terminated orally, but it can happen through an instrument in writing that is signed by all parties, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.

  9. The agreement and all rights hereunder shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to any rules or principles of conflicts of laws that might look to any jurisdiction outside of the State of Florida). The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of any federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party irrevocably agrees that any action may be heard and determined in the aforementioned federal or state courts. The parties further irrevocably waive to the fullest extent that each may effectively do so, the defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  10. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this transaction (whether suit be brought or not), the unsuccessful party in such a dispute shall pay to the successful party all costs and expenses incurred by the successful party, including, reasonable attorney’s fees like paying for the attorney and other costs.
